Did you know that parts of your mind are still active when you're asleep? Especially when you've just fallen asleep? You're kind of wanking IA here, especially since Sans has, and I will mention every single time you wanklords try to bring this up, never used his Teleportation to dodge. Especially not on instinct with something he can't sense at all.
It was the Dismantles + Self-Soul Healing that made it a stomp. Pre-Awakening Gojo doesn't have that.

Pretty sure the attacks being Intangible wont get them past Infinity since Cursed Energy can interact with intangible Low-Grade curses.
Iirc Pre-Awakening it taxes him a bit but not enough for it to have a big impact on him unless its used for a long time.

Iirc Toji got his first stab in cause Gojo briefly stopped using Limitless after having it on for two days straight and the other stab was cause Inverted Spear of Heaven neged it.

You'd first have to prove that he uses it in combat, and secondly prove it can allow his attacks to get through Infinity... except even if he does use it in combat Sans doesn't line up attacks on top of people so they literally never connect.
Sans never attacks directly during time stop. As far as we know, he only sets up bones or blasters to hit you when time resumes which obviously won't work.
