The other bosses also do not have 1 attack 1 defense.

Hmmm I don't see Sans having an exploitable weakness to his autododge, plus San's reaction time would be higher than Guldan's attack speed as with speed equalization, I do believe only travel speed is equalized.
With that, going with Sans.

The Burning Legion can trade a million of their numbers for just one of the enemy and be in good numbers advantage. Gul'dan can open portals that basically shit out Demons. who almost all resist Soul damage to some degree.
aha, but that requires Sans to deal damage! Gul'dan resists Soul Manipulation! to the point where he just isn't damaged by Soul attacks! And he can also just dump AoEs because Sans does not teleport to dodge!

Now show me Sans teleporting to dodge. I know he can teleport but is it in-character for him to use it to dodge?

This is genuine cope as Sans is 9-A and Flowey is High 8-C+.
Nothing says that KR needs the SOUL to work.

Except HP is based on the SOUL, which is all we're shown KR affecting. I want feats.

Do it yourself coward. I am not doing anything to the verse's perfect scaling and stats!
SOUL and Body are interconnected, each grows with the other.
Let's not pretend that Toriel's fire didn't KO Flowey.
Monsters magic affects both SOUL and body the same, you hating the verse is not a refute to this.

KR affects the body as noted on sans' profile.
But it seems kinda irrelevant if Guldan here is just going to nuke him from 4km away.

Also this requires Sans to not get gibbed by literally any of the literal swarm thrown against him from 4 Kilometers away. Or for him to not get too close to Gul'dan resulting in an instant death courtesy of Life Drain.

I hate how ya'll scale the verse and don't focus on improving the god-awful quality of pages like Undyne, get that right.
Anyways, to prevent this from turning into a fustercluck I'll ask this: Can Sans deal with Gul'dan or his endless army without getting too close to the Orc himself?

While I can disagree with Shion's scaling, his overall quality is at least very good.
I knew it would be, thing is I still need to argue it because Sans is a popular character so I'd get weird looks if I didn't
