Ex-Aid Muteki form has the potential for infinite speed (or time-stopping abilities)

In the Kamen Rider Ganbarizing game, Ex-Aid Muteki demonstrated the ability to accelerate himself to the point where time around him seemingly stopped (or he effectively stopped time). Further supporting this, one of Ex-Aid's game cards explicitly states that Muteki form transcends time.

He is also confirmed to transcend the concept of levels, possessing infinite power that cannot be quantified by levels, can jump infinitely high and is stated to be on par with someone who can manipulate stats like Genm God Maximum Mighty X.

Regarding canonicity, Kamen Rider Ganbarizing has been confirmed as canon within The Kamen Rider Ex-Aid [Tricks]: Kamen Rider Genm , which itself is considered canon to the TV series.

Not disagree or agree yet, but I want to point out that if we do accept that Muteki is infinite speed, that would raise a lot of questions for the scaling. For example, if character A can react to Muteki's speed and character B is shown to keep up with character A, should we scale character B's speed to Muteki's? If this is the case, when character B fights a dozen other characters, will everyone have infinite speed?

Unsure. We never really took the games for anything, not for scaling, nor for powers and abilities. The first one should be Time Stop unless there is further context to that, Muteki warping time during his finisher is a thing for the series I think? I don't think that's indicating the time has stopped because he moved super fast, and such feat can be possible without Infinite or Immeasurable speeds as well. The card thing is "transcending time" is rather vague enough to assume it talks about him moving beyond linear time.

The infinite power and "transcending Levels" is already something we take here, but that doesn't grant Infinite speed at all, just that his whole deal of "Invincibility" is literal, and infinite jumping isn't Infinite speed, Skyrider and Super-1 have such statements, this only means that they have no limits regarding how high they can hop.

I guess Time Stop should be in his arsenal, but that also would mean he would take Ganbarizing's moveset in account for the Rider's P&A.

I'm kind of iffy on Ganbarizing being canon unless there're more scans showing otherwise. Card info could also refers to when he or any Muteki Gashat user moved during Cronus' pause, which could go as time stop immune, what you said, or whatever Zeed stated.

My concern with the canonicity is that within the scan, it seems Ganbarizing is just a game, and not a canon set of events.

Do we have to close this thread or maybe the creator of this thread has other proofs of his besides non canon feats?

Muteki having immeasurable speed should be common knowledge I thought?

Genm 1 Billion can freely set his stats to whatever they want. His Speed can be be set to an immeasurable level and yet he cannot beat Muteki according to him.
