You might want to hold off this match for a bit, since a substantial CRT is still active and ongoing. Depending on how it goes, stats can change heavily. This is also why Blade would be disqualified from the backup submissions of this tourney (I forgor to write it down).

Clearing that Elephant in the room, Blade in character doesn't use Time Scarab's power. He can hypothetically use it (and perhaps actually use it when pressured) but more often than not he's not going to depend on it.
