I suppose he can close the gap for h2h at times, since he has solid acrobatics, around Prime Souls level even, and grappling hooks, so it's not like V1 can consistently range spam him. Also the gargantuan LS means that if V1 gets caught by the chain lassos, it could be really bad (that said, it's not completely hopeless, V1 could blast itself free or Pochita limbs with Shotgun, or use the Feedbacker/Knuckleblaster to punch the lassos repeatedly and loosen them. That’s actually what it did to escape the Hideous Mass's hook)

I see V1 winning more times than not because V1 would likely just projectile spam. V1 is a robot so he wouldn't have any blood to work with.

How? His chains wrap around the target's body like lassos, V1 wouldnt be able to pull his shotgun or punch them

He would need to properly tie both of V1's hands, no? V1 can just move his hands away and let the lassos wrap around his thorax or something if he's about to get tagged and plus his other arms are entirely separate limbs that he can switch out.
