Metal Sonic will be in his Metal Sonic Vs. Zero key in his base form while The Chatter will be in her Weird Form key
Both characters will get their standard equipment
Speed Equalized, SBA Applies

Metal Sonic has a 3.73x AP Advantage, and about a 1.5x AP Advantage while The Chatter's using her Strength
Metal Sonic has a higher Combat IQ
Metal Sonic has a much higher Lifting Strength

Chatter doesn't have standard tactics so I'm not sure if it's in character or not, but she could just blind metal (no light manip resistance) and then double her strength to smash him with her hammer over and over. Assuming Neo is restricted, she probably wins this.

Don't think Chatter's light manipulation would last long since Metal is a robot that lacks biological needs. Also he should be capable of knocking Chatter away by doing this or this and either grabs and throws away their hammer with his LS Advantage and then start overwhelming them by dashing into them and rise and repeat.

I agree with this, Metal has shown himself more than capable of dealing with strong threats. On top of that, he managed to beat Ironczyk in another tournament, who is essentially her greater in almost all stats. Metal Sonic FRA here :3
