If you wanna be even funnier I'm pretty sure Kota directly overpowered Mineta when he tried to be a perv in the hot spring part of the arc.

This will never get legitimately taken serious since its supposed to be a gag scene but even still, I personally believe that he should at least be stronger than a normal kid since MHA civilians just seem to be inherently built different anyways.
