What tier would destroying a part of a timeline (or an interval of time) be considered? And would a part of a timeline be considered of similar size to an infinite timeline? (Since the set of all real numbers and an interval of it share the same cardinality, making them formed the same number of snapshots of 3D space)

In my opinion this should still be tier 2 feat or the tier correspond to how high each timeline is scaled in the verse.

Hold on- according to here, so long as the period of time isn’t infinitesimal, it would still qualify as uncountably infinite, so why is Yoshikage Kira only High 3-A rather than low 2-C?
probably because he is not destroying entire universe but rather just morioh or whatever place he is when he uses bites the dust.

Yoshikage Kira is High 3-A for being able to blow up approximately one hour of time, so there's your answer.
Here's the thread that got it accepted if you're curious.
This is also supported from Araki claiming that time abilities affect all the space thanks to their range being essentially irrelevant due to them affecting all the world, supporting the notion of them being capable of affecting whatever size the spatial axis of the universe is, as long as they can affect time.
There's this though, idk if you can truly argue High 3-A without this as the supporting evidence and if like how blowing up one hour of time equals to High 3-A on the standards
