Aura (Explosive; The Seiken Riders can channel their elements in a way that the element covers their entire body. With this, they are able to channel and utilize the effects of their elements throughout their bodies and their attacks. In Falchion's case, his element is nothingness, the power to return any power into nothing.)

Power Nullification (Mumeiken Kyomu, is a sword that grants Falchion the power known as "Eternal Light". Eternal Light is an attribute that covers the armor of Falchion and has the power to cut off all flow of energy)

Status Effect Inducement (Upon activation of Eternal Requiem, a number of status effects are inflicted upon the opponent)
- Exhaustion (When effected by Eternal Requiem, Kamen Rider W, Kamen Rider Accel, and Fang Memory were rendered unable to properly stand up

Assuming you're talking about the Tier 1 thread, Tier 1 and above requires much greater scrutiny. 3 staff knowledgeable with at least one admin is the bare minimum, and they generally need more.
Threads involving giant series (Dragon Ball, Big 3, DC/Marvel, etc.) usually require 3 votes in general, or any threads that have a ton of information/controversial in content.
Any thread with staff disagreements obviously increases the amount, but the gap should generally be the same (3-0 and 5-2 for example).
For minor revisions, 1 should be fine. I guess it is debatable if this is a minor revision, but I personally think it is.
