Rules:
The Outsider will be in his Mid-Game key, Jake Turbo will be in his Befor The CHAOS Arc Key and Turbo Mecha Sonic will be in his Semi-Super Mecha Sonic Key
Jake Turbo will have All Equipment, while The Outsider, Conquest & Turbo Mecha Sonic will have their base equipment

Speed Equalized, SBA Applies


Notes:
The Outsider has a 10.71 and 5.27x AP Advantage against Turbo Mecha Sonic and an untransformed Jake respectively
Conquest has the LS advantage over Turbo Mecha Sonic & Jake Turbo
The Outsider and Conquest have the Range advantage over Jake Turbo


Both teams have equal Stamina
Turbo Mecha Sonic, The Outsider and Conquest have an equal IQ and Combat IQ

I should probably note due to how the Outsider is reliant on empowerment and his perception that he requires the air hockey table to take down his foes, the Outsider is at most equalized with his opponents in stats, meaning Turbo Sonic has a decent chance of surviving and contributing... until Jake Turbo goes into his Void Form and the Outsider gains his 10.71x AP advantage against Turbo Sonic.

Jake Turbo is probably gonna lose a head-to-head fight with the Outsider as his only advantage seems to be combat skill and experience, meanwhile the Outsider has...
  • An unorthodox method of combat where the loser takes unavoidable damage, which will also probably be shared with their duo.
  • The ability to gather magical energy whenever Jake or Turbo launch an attack against him, allowing him to HEAL any damage taken or deal direct damage with SPECIAL without having to beat Jake or Metal at air hockey.
    • They can also use the gathered MP to cast a bomb to clear the battlefield of any energy projectiles
  • The ability to restart repeatedly, while they technically wouldn't retain any memories of the battle, they would still build up skill and experience against whatever their enemies can pull out.
Also, while Turbo Metal Sonic technically has the range "advantage", they only have it for abilities that wouldn't really work here like Time Stop (which the Outsider has dealt with before and can counter with Fourth Wall Awareness, surprisingly enough) and... Extrasensory Perception for detecting Chaos Energy from the SMBZ universe, which Conquest and the Outsider don't have. This means that the Outsider's Interstellar range would give him the advantage here, allowing him to snipe Turbo Sonic out of the sky... and probably by accident.
 
For sake of moving the tournament along, I'll argue for Jake and Turbo Mecha Sonic here >:3

As discussed earlier, The Outsider is entirely incapable of dying with his air hockey table active (which it pretty much always is)...so now the question is if Jake Turbo and Turbo Mecha Sonic's arsenals are enough to cause this to be an inconclusive match, or if it's enough for The Outsider to bypass :0

As noted in the previous match, Mecha Sonic's time stop is basically useless because Jake doesn't resist time stop, so if Jake has already progressed to his Void form any attack Sonic sends would be useless (and he would die if the Outsider scored a single goal or used SPECIAL). Jake has only like 4 abilities, the first one being the standard for any character above 9-C while the others can be easily countered by the Outsider's abilities.

Honestly, the Outsider probably wins this due to heavily outstating Mecha Sonic, having great survivability (Type 2 Immortality, Restarts, Immense Fire Resistance and Mid-High Healing) and the ability to constantly deal damage to both opponents outside of melee range just by dodging attacks, gathering MP and playing air hockey.

The second one goal is scored, Turbo Mecha Sonic is dead due to the AP advantage. From there The Outsider will be capable of scoring on Jake given his lack of abilities, making it so that scoring a single goal would essentially end the match :0

But since I'm looking at the profiles regardless, there's 3 abilities Turbo Mecha Sonic has that would help him here: His telekinesis would be able to, theoretically, simply slam the puck into the goal. The Outsider's speed amp, healing and general abilities are also able to be copied by Turbo Mecha Sonic...this innit of itself makes the match harder for The Outsider, but does that also mean that the team gain the ability to restart the match?

Power Mimicry mentions that he does it after seeing the ability in use... the Outsider would be already a pile of ash when Restart is activated, so he wouldn't be able to "see" it in effect.
