okay, i think Quanxi will be slightly or quite superior in skill & exp, Quanxi is said to be able to win if all of humanity had a tournament, this is confirmed by Kishibe who is said to be the Strongest Devil Hunter. She can also transform into Bow Women to launch arrows as well as have a significant increase in speed

if Quanxi wins cuz of this then the match can't be added cuz Adam is Relativistic

Base to Base Adam just negs gg, quanxi scales above 100 tons while Adam is stronger than 173 tons by a significant margin (idk why the OP says he can 1 shot 173 tons when the character he 1 shots (v3 Yang) is only like 17 tons), plus his Semblance and Aura prevents him from actually taking damage until the very end, in which Quanxi would just die before that

Hybrid Quanxi, on the other hand, is MUCH stronger, now scaling to 443 tons through physicals alone, while her arrows are over 500 tons. You might say that Adam could use Moonslice to close the gap, but unfortunately, unlike V6+ Yang, Adam never uses his stored energy in 1 gigantic burst, meaning if he spams it in smaller bursts, those attacks will barely keep him in the fight at best due to keeping Quanxi at bay, and at worst, his sword straight up breaks after one too many arrows. Quanxi should have a significant advantage in skill and acrobatics, so it's also likely that Adam can't even block all of her attacks and arrows, in which her AP advantage would just shatter his aura not long after an initial assault

Overall, if Quanxi starts in Base and gets the shit beaten out of her, she'll just transform, get a full heal, and beat the shit out of Adam, even if her Hybrid speed is equalized to Adam's Base
