Voting Quanxi

They are very similair in stats and powers so I think it really comes down to their fighting styles. Quanxi generally tries to take her opponents out as quickly as possible and unlike other Hybrids she doesn't usually take unnecessary hits, either blocking, dodging or countering oncoming attacks. Vaggie on the other hand fights with the mindset that she can't be harmed which leaves her wide open as seen in Carmilla fight. Considering how high Quanxi's AP with her weapons is even one ungaurded hit would seriously mess up or even completely take Vaggie out of the fight (tho probably not kill her because Type 2 immortality)
