Here's hoping this isn't a stomp.

Kang the Conqueror (Marvel Comics) vs. Saitama (One-Punch Man)

Speed equalized, this is Kang without his Type 6 Immortality and Parallel Timeline Saitama

So what's stopping Kang from going back in time and killing Saitama as a regular human? Or just deage Saitama by 3 years to when he was just a regularish human

Ego, probably. For all intents and purposes Kang tends to want a fair fight (Like in the case with Fantastic Four Vol 6 35 where he purposely decides to attack them in a fair fight, and his general characterization by Busiek). This is like, after he gets rid of the Immortality thing so he doesn't do cheap shit AS MUCH anymore

How does he fight then? Most of his stuff doesn't seem like it'd work against Saitama

He can summon Cap's shield, that thing has 1-A durability. Plus he might revert him back to the 9-B+ to fight him fair. So the fight may be if Saitama oofs Kang before his patience runs out. Saitama is like, 100x stronger than him

So he either gets one shotted or rage quits, deages Saitama, strips naked, and goes into a fist fight with him? 😭

basically
Peak ✋🤚

How skilled is he at h2h combat then? And if Saitama were to skill-check him would he whip out some of his equipment and kill him even if it wouldn't be fair anymore or would he keep it fair even if he's losing badly?

das da character

Evenly fought Captain America (Won once, lost once) and regularly trains with his droids.

90% chance he accepts the L. IIRC Saitama doesn't kill his human opponents so he wouldn't go full defensive

That doesn't really tell me much ngl, I only read a handful of marvel comics and most were either Spiderman or Venom 😭

Saitama can range from absolute atrocious to the point where any novice fighter would stomp him, all the way to outskilling the greatest martial artist in the verse amped by Gods understanding of the universes energies and whatnot. Depends on his mental state

Damn, that's pretty cool

From Cap's intel page:
Is one of the most brilliant military minds on Earth, having studied numerous different tactics from across history; Possesses an eidetic memory; Is one of S.H.I.E.L.D's greatest spies, rivaling Nick Fury himself; Has mastered every single Martial Art known to man, and virtually every weapon as well. Has mastered a 0-Gravity centered alien martial arts in minutes, becoming more skilled than alien warriors who have trained in it for decades, and can also master new weapons in seconds according to Beast. Has had decades of fighting experience fighting against opponents of all kinds and has successfully led the Avengers for around a decade or more. Spent over 100 Years in a time-loop fighting against Korvac's Galactic Empire and kept the memories of the event. Remembers an opponent's weaknesses by only fighting them once

From Cap's intel page:
That's pretty crazy stuff, but kinda hard to put into practice. Yk, "I fear not the man who's practised 1000 kicks, I fear a man who's practised one kick a thousand times" or whatever that actor said.

I should probably read caps profile here but MAN I'm lazy
