The Jujutsu Kaisen Anime has shown time and again to be significantly different from the source material, they may be similar in terms of story but from a power scaling perspective the JJK anime has explicitly added new scenes, made feats far more impressive, and several game changing additions to the way the power system works, I'll list off all the main changes that affect power scaling here:
The Black Flash goes from an exponential increase of ^2.5 to a multiplier of 2.5x making any scaling issues with the black flash nullified
Mappa specifically gave a lot of scenes much more impact than they had in the manga (specifically in Shibuya Incident arc and JJK 0), thus, increasing the AP of most characters, the general statistics of most characters in the JJK anime is higher than in the Manga, these feats are as follows (These have yet to be looked at likely due to there being no anime profiles)
Fingers bearer attack
Inumaki Crater
Rika Rika Beam
(Pure love beam)
Sukuna Cloud slash
These feats, among others that I personally haven't calced yet, are above what the same feats in the manga are at, also, with the amount that Gege has changed for the anime, it wouldn't be too unexpected for them to remove the Mach 3 Naoya statement or just make it higher, Gege has already stated he regretted making the statement anyways so it wouldn't be surprising if he just told them to remove it entirely.
Mappa also significantly extends scenes, at times characters who would just get only a page now get several minutes of screentime, more time to show off feats and more time for them to accurately show how they scale to other characters in jjk, which could put them sometimes several tiers above where they would be in the manga
Adding entirely new scenes can sometimes change how characters scale or what they scale too
Probably one of the most important parts is timeframes, in the anime, feats can be leagues higher just due to knowing how fast something was moving, its something that would increase the attack power of several characters by several magnitudes.
and probably most importantly
Jujutsu Kaisen: Phantom Parade is canon to the Jujutsu Kaisen anime but not the manga
This sht increases character stats by an ABSURD degree, Gojo pre awakening would already be at City to Large Mountain level compared to where he's at in the manga at only Multi-City Block level.
Currently we don't even use anime calcs or timeframes for feats and just consider it non-canon, so if its non-canon it should be its own thing entirely.
I'll probably edit this if I get comments telling me to add stuff, also link any anime only calcs I missed if you have any
