From what I can see, Elastigirl is more experienced than Shapesmith, has a notable LS advantage, and has higher attack range. However, Shapesmith has more abilities at his disposal… and that’s about it. I feel like Elastigirl should be able to win this with some struggle, especially since Shapesmith’s regeneration seems to take a pretty long amount of time and requires his core to be intact.

Yeah.. Elastic FRA. She has Subsonic Reactions as well giving her an edge in combat despite already being notably agile. I don't see how Elastic Bro wins against here. I'm interested to see how Elastic Girl can tamper with bro's regeneration and disengage his core.. it can't be through AP as there isn't any different in their AP.. Is it LS..? Even if it takes time for him to Regen, how will she harm him to the point of exhausting his Regeneration and shredding his body to reach the core.

Well he seemingly wasn't able to put himself back together without support. Martian Man, who's the same species as Shapesmith, died due to having his core exposed. Though Elastigirl could just outlast him through her stamina advantage without having to overcome his regeneration.
