Hulk scales above 1.6 quettatons and Godzilla to 4.4 quettatons
Hulk has far better LS with Class Y but its partially useless due to the size difference meaning he can't really restrict big G.
Godzilla has Mid regen and rage-based stat amps. The funniest thing is for some reason Hulk has no resistance to normal radiation (cosmic is pretty weak) which is weird so unless it gets added Hulk gets shot once or twice and dies of radiation poisoning.
Assuming he does have the ability, I don't think Hulk has a way of dealing with big G. Even if we give him all of his equipment he just doesn't have a way to get through the regeneration that is good enough to regenerate a new head after being decapitated.

In short, Hulk has no way to put down Godzilla and his range is too ass to do anything significant. Even his attack reflection seems to only work with small projectiles.
