Tokyo Ghoul: Lifting Strength Revision

Introduction:
The current state of LIfting Strength of Tokyo Ghoul is trash. Vast majority of characters either scale to Class 5 without justification or are straight up unknown. Thankfully, with the acceptance of new Lifting Strength feats we can upgrade the verse. This is only for the original Tokyo Ghoul. RE will get its own thread

Kaneki:

• Ken Kaneki - Kaneki did this feat. Therefore he should go from Class 5, Class G with Kagune to Class M, Class G with Kagune for his Tokyo Ghoul Key

Aogiri Ghouls:

• Ayato Kirishima - Should scale to this feat of Tokyo Ghoul Kaneki as he fought Kaneki on relatively equal footing (Chapter 74) and was acknowledge by Kaneki to be as strong as Jason - the ghoul who survived the feat above(Chapter 75). Therefore, he scales off Kaneki and earns a Class M, higher with Kagune rating for his Tokyo Ghoul Key.
• Eto Yoshimura - Outright stated to be one of the strongest ghouls in the story with the only ones possibly rivaling being Shachi or Noro (RE Chapter 51), her rating should At Least Class M, Class G with kagune as she should far outrank Kaneki. This is proven in the story when she is able to fight Arima (Chapter 142) on relatively even footing while Kaneki is casually blitzed and killed by Arima (Chapter 138).
• Noro - Outright stated to be one of the strongest ghouls in the story with the only ones possibly rivaling being Eto or Noro (RE Chapter 51). This earns him a At Least Class M, higher with Kagune - upscaling from Kaneki
• Tatara - Is an SS Rate Ghoul (RE Chapter 60) as such he should be far stronger than Kaneki, Yamori, and Ayato. This earns him a At Least Class M, higher with Kagune - upscaling from Kaneki.
• Yakumo Oomori (Yamori) - Survived this feat of Tokyo Ghoul Kaneki and fought him on relatively equal footing (Chapter 64). Therefore, he earns a Class M, higher with Kagune.

Ainteku Ghouls:

• Renji Yomo & Uta - Both should get At Least Class M, higher with Kagune - upscaling from Kaneki.
• Touka Kirishima & Shuu Tsukiyama should get Classs K, Class M with kagune scaling off these two feats from Touka
  • While Tsukiyama did fight Noro. he didn't hold Noro down like Uta. He also isn't considered Uta's Rival like Renji. It is also implied that he is scared of Yomo, and that Yomo could stop him from eating Kaneki (despite that being Tsukiyama's obsession). As such, it is safer to scale him off Touka
  • Touka did fight Ayato, but its made clear he was holding back.

Investigators:

• Koutarou Amon - His Pre-Timeskip (Base) Key should read Class 25 as he was able to overpower a weakened, starving Kaneki (Chapter 24) who could casually do this.
• Yukinori Shinohara, Juuzou Suzuya, and Iwao Kuroiwa- Should also get a Class 25 rating at base as they are graduates from the Academy (Chapter 58) and should have received similar training as Amon

Disagree with mass scaling everyone to Class G.
Yamori definitely does not scale to that. Instead of Class M, Class G with kagune, you should just make Class M for low tier

Eto is already Class G with her Kagune. Given that Noro and Tatara are around the same level, I think it should be fine for them to get Class G. Yamori should get Class G given his extended fight with Kaneki.

However I do think Ayato, Renji, and Uta should just get Class M.

Kaneki at the time of that battle does not scale to Eto.

Yamori is an average S-rank. Weakened is still SSS-rank. There is a whole gulf between them

However I do think Ayato, Renji, and Uta should just get Class M.

Not really. They are much weaker than Yoshimura and Eto. They just scale by AP and Durability, although they are probably weaker.

Just because they scale to AP doesn't mean they scale to LS. We need direct evidence that they can fight it.

Ignoring the scaling chain portion can you speak on the core premise of this thread which is just applying an updated calc to the scalin chain.

I don't see an obvious problem with the feat itself.

As for the scaling, I can at least say the reasons don't seem illogical, though of course only the supporters could decide if it's presented honestly and in complete context.

I pinged the two staff supporters from before so I can't really control if they have interest in commenting

At worst you can apply the CRT to the current scaling chain since we ultimately can't have final say in the proposed one since we aren't supporters

If you know anyone in particular, let us know.

There's no actual policy for non-staff input, but personally I don't feel comfortable approving a scaling chain unless a majority of supporters (who comment) agree with it.
