- Kashimo is willing to use everything including MBA against Yuta but starts in base

Heavily dependant on if Yuta uses Domain or not. If he does, he just fries Kashimo with Jacob's Ladder, If he doesn't, Kashimo charges his bolt and one shots him. Leaning towards Yuta due to his superior stats and greater arsenal of abilities and range, if Kashimo uses MBA he's definitely gonna get cooked by Yuta using Domain. Sorcerers with Domains don't restrain themselves from using it whenever they need to, he needed to be careful in Sendai colony to not kill anyone but there's no need for that here. Conclusion: Stallkari stalls. (I vote Yuta)

If you mean the specific EM wave attack he did that one time pretty sure it had a visible charge up after Sukuna punched Kashimo away. If you mean with general attacks eh a heavily damaged Sukuna was still dodging them or tanking them pretty decently. Also even though the starting distance does pose a potential issue Yuta also has a way to mitigate that since he can probably alter where they end up once he opens his domain like how when Dagon opened his domain he ended up farther away from Naobito even though before he was right in front of him.

He should have a rough speed advantage but that's up to interpretation. I say rough cause it's kind of just the fact that MBA should be at least comparable or higher to the heavy hitters in speed considering base Kashimo could keep up with Hakari who's equal to Yuta. He also does have a one shot ability but it needs a charge up and basically any melee hit would be a death sentence for Yuta since he can target the lightning to his heart or head or something. The thing is Yuta's domain is basically a better advantage and takes less time, at least less than it would take for Kashimo to cover the 10 meter distance to land a hit or charge his EM wave

Kashimo isn't starting out in MBA and MBA takes time to fully activate, Domain Expansions and Sure-Hits activate faster. By the time he's gonna fully unleash MBA he's instantly gonna get put down by Jacob's Ladder and Rika.

Kashimo should have a boost with MBA so if Yuta's being annoying or bro simply wants to end the fight quickly, MBA and then comboing Yuta before obliterating him is possible

Yeah its possible. Kind of why I said it's up to interpretation for speed cause it depends on how much you think they boosted their speed for Shinjuku, whether or not you think Kashimo trained, and how much of a boost you think he'll get. Kashimo can win, I just think it's more likely that Yuta just activates his domain before Kashimo can cross the 10 meters and after that it's basically over cause he can control the spawn distance in there. Plus he can have Rika tank at least one hit if he has to.
