It's just durable, but you can't really manipulate the Ice to change its form because Imaginary Law here remains absolute given it's above Ena who created trillions of laws in Honkaiverse

It seems Archer will have the initial advantage as he has superior range, a forcefield specifically meant to counter projectiles, Precognition, and Danmaku via his Reality Marble. March 7th on the other hand has her own Danmake(which while less effective can still help), a forcefield that heals(which can allow her to withstand Archer's initial assault), Accelerated Development(which will allow her to close the skill gap), and superior Lifting Strength(so Archer won't be able to break out of her ice if he gets frozen).

The CM stuff in Servant Physiology is generally every servant have, tied to them being servant. The limited CM on Archer profile is from his personal ability that only him has access to. Gilgamesh and Lancer and many other servants are also similar, they have general CM power due to being servant, also have their own specific CM such as Gilgamesh often fire his conceptual weapon, and Lancer's spear has a conceptual curse. Archer own CM is from Calabolg II which is a conceptual weapon that twist space when it fly and it pierced Caster's conceptual magic shield, iirc his Rho Aias is also a conceptual shield that have the concept of blocking
