Meaningfulness of Absolute Nonexistence

Is absolute nonexistence meaningless in tiering? This is not just nonexistent existence, but being utterly nonexistent from all aspects. For example, if something denied all formal and informal systems, all effable and ineffable things, and the broader "everything", making it not a thing at all, will it be considered meaningless, even if the verse says that it does, or there is a potential tier 0 that doesn't include it because it is just nonexistent in all aspects?

By giving it a description or by it being the topic of a conversation you reject the very idea of it being what you are saying.
Also bellow the tiering system.

So Tier 0 doesn't need to contain this?

My description is an approximation because it is anything, so not possible to say.

It existing is actually a anti-feat for the tier 0 in the verse, since tier 0 are all things, absolute omnipresent and eternal reality and for the absolute nothingness to exist everything else would have to not exist, so no tier 0.

It shouldn’t be an anti-feat but I would need to see it
Something like this (It may not be the exact text, but it's like this):

"It remains uncertain if X holds any significance, but it likely does, even though it does not exist at all. "

I also have some other thing:
