• Danmaku & Explosion Manipulation (Via Blades of Judgement, which was capable of firing a barrage of red energy blades that struck the opponent, with those that landed on the ground bursting in a destructive explosion)

[Ribrianne]

• Limited Light Manipulation (Generated a blindingly bright light while using Ribrianne Eternal Love)
• Limited Fire Manipulation (Could transform into a "ball of fire", taking on a fiery aura that legitimately burned and instantly blackened victims)

[Kamikaze Fireballs]

• Gravity Manipulation (Via Pretty Black Hole, which was capable of devouring targets and dragging them to the ground with gravity, stated that not even light could escape this attack, and even the intensity was enough to prevent the use of Instant Transmission)
• Fragrance Manipulation (Alongside her fellow maidens, Kakunsa and Rozie, Ribrianne can create the Light of Love, heart-shaped energy blasts which erupt into a sweet aroma that bewitches who smell the gas infecting them immensely, with feelings of love and ecstasy that overwhelm them)

When Goku Black debuted his scythe, Vegeta avoided it, but in the next scene, Vegeta and Goku Black were one on one and Goku Black was seen using his scythe.

But we don’t really see Vegeta tanking it, let alone resisting it though? I rewatched that fight and what happened was after Vegeta, Goku, Zamasu and Goku black clashed, a huge cloud of dust was formed and we cut to Zamasu going after mai and bulma who were fixing the Time Machine, thats it.

In fact, after that scene of zamasu going after mai and bulma (and trunks who was learning the ECW), it shifted to Goku black aura farming against goku and vegeta using his clones. He wasn’t even using the scythe.

It's not something that's mentioned as a specific ability or technique of the scythe, even Goku Black doesn't know that his scythe can do that, he just assumes it's a result of his anger, and in the first scan we see the same state of his scythe that he used to tear space-time (covered in energy) where it shows Goku Black and Vegeta going one on one and then they clash (Goku Black using his scythe) and (Vegeta using his bare hands), it's shown in a transition where Vegeta receives Goku Black's scythe with his punch.

Even after that Goku Black doesn't show his scythe, but the offscreen battle can be assumed they already had a battle that made Goku Black choose to use his clone, which is why the rating was changed to "possibly".

Looks good. Considering Vegeta's fist collided with the Scythe with no issue, I don't think a Possibly is needed for the resistance to Space-Time Manipulation.

Basically yes, but there are some cases where mortals can somehow sense God Ki, such as special training that allows them to sense God Ki

It's like saying there's a limited number of mortals who can do it

In the filler Episode about Goku vs Hit rematch, when Goku turn SSB, Gohan and Piccolo noted that they couldn't sense his Ki anymore mean it is still pretty consistent, it is just not always mentioned everytime character start using God Ki
