Is this an anti-feat for tier 0?

When shortened, it is like this:

It is also hypothesized that Y encompasses and transcends all formal and informal systems, concepts, and distinctions without any restrictions on the maximum scale of containment and transcension.

The descriptions of X attempt to deny everything within Y, including itself, nonexistence, and non-concepts, rendering X absolutely incoherent and nonexistent while still being expressed by Y.

Does X deny Y, or is it still within the scope of Y, judging by the wording?

no, not really. It seem like Y is just a facet of X because look like Y is expression of X while X being completely incoherent

X seems to be a part of Y because it denies everything within Y, ultimately INCLUDING itself too.

Could be how while logical impossibilities do not have any concrete existence, they are not outside or beyond a Tier 0 either.
