With this CTR, i would change mostly all characters from Hilichurl lvl up to Inazuma Traveler level, so let's begin
Verse Page Scaling/Changes
Obviously since we are going to change the statistics of the low and mid tier characters, we will have to change some parameters in the scale proposed on the verse page.

Base of this tier: Hilichurls being stated at least comparable to Boars which would can generate up to 11236 Joules and following the same logic we could say Hilichurls should be at least comparable to Boar's speed (13.41 m/s)

- Samachurls and Mitachurls: Both are implied and stated to be stronger versions of the average Hilichurl
- Xinyan: She was capable of helping the Traveler getting rid of some Hilichurls
- Barbara and Rosaria: Both characters have a lack of feats but should be comparable to Low tier vision users like Xinyan
- Paimon: Paimon doesn't scale off hilichurls, in fact she downscales them because she is stated to be 1/5th of a Boar power which would be around 2247.2 Joules [9C], but i think the speed should be the same
This tier is made up of 4 sub divisions so I will go one by one from the weakest to the strongest.
Yokai Scaling: Itto is capable of destroy a rock which requiered 0.27 Tons of TNT [8C Attack Potency]

This scale would directly affect all characters placed in the "Abyss Mages" subdivision, because they possess feats comparable to or somewhat superior to the Anemo Traveler, this speed scale would also affect Bennett since he was somewhat comparable to Amber here (Yes, although Eula and the Geo Traveler are in the cinematic too, they physically fight against Susbedo and are comparable, while Amber and Bennett are shown as slow, due to Susbedo dodging their attacks with ease)
Meanwhile, this would simply scale to "Possibly Subsonic speed" in the case of Yae, Itto, and Furina. Because these three characters don't possess any feats that would make them comparable to characters of this tier.

- Amber: She should be equal to Anemo Traveler and Razor since she participated in the Andrius trial
- Venti (Post Prologue), Mona, Dehya, Tighnari, Hu Tao, Keqing, Diluc (Young), Xingqiu and Sangonomiya Kokomi: All these characters had fought a Fatui Agent, which are capable of hurting Anemo Traveler [Scans for Venti (Post Prologue), Mona, Dehya, Tighnari, Hu Tao, Keqing, Diluc (Young), Xingqiu and Sangonomiya Kokomi]
- Chevreuse: She is able to damage some Fontaine Meks, which are stated to be undefeated champions in a tournament were Fatui Agents were participating and even fight them
- Mitachurl: In this cutscene one of them was unbothered and wasn't harm at all by the attacks of some Fatui Agents
- Noelle: Was able to dealt with ease with a Mitachurl

- Eula: Should be somewhat comparable to Geo Traveler or even stronger, she is also consider of the 2 strongest swordmans of Mondstandt as of right now, with the other probably being Jean, since is the only one that can equal her [Albedo is an outlier since he has shown better feats than any of the 2, Varka currently isn't in Mondstandt]
- Jean: She is equal to Eula
- Diluc (Current): He is somewhat stated comparable to Jean
- Kaeya: He was able to fight a bloodlusted Diluc while barely having acquire a vision
- Lisa: She is able to hurt Kaeya
- Fellflower: Gave Geo Traveler and Eula a hard time to the point they weren't able to deal it some damage
- Kamisato Ayaka: She is capable of fighting against Maguu Kenki, the same robot is capable of surviving attacks from Kaeya, Diluc and Jean
- Kamisato Ayato: He was a little bit weaker than Ayaka when she gain her vision, but should downscale her that much
- Andrius (Current) : Even do he is weaker than Abyss Heralds he wasn't harm much by their abyssal energy
- Ganyu : She just downscales Geo Traveler
Base of this tier: Electro Traveler is capable of dealing with the Thunder Manifestation, which is capable of creating storms of this magnitude [18.24 Megatons] and he could keep foot with Yelan (Because both can fight those Chasm Ghosts), which is capable of this feat [Mach 2.5]

Abyss Mage Tier: For the standard trained Vision-wielders and characters that scaled off Mondstandt Traveler, such as Razor and Amber, who should scale to an Abyss Mage creating an ice structure. From 8-C up to 8-A (0.27 - 162.5 Tons of TNT).
Low Harbinger Tier: Characters which can fight on par against Liyue Traveler or enemies at his level, which scale to the Primo Geovishap, capable of causing a powerful earthquake. 7-C (15 Kilotons of TNT)

Genshin Impact is a fairly standard fantasy verse, with most feats for its regular fighters topping out in the Tier 8 and 7 ranges. The verse's high-tiers, the Archons and ancients gods, are implied to be incredibly powerful with most of their feats being tier 6 such as Venti reshaping Mondstadt landscape and throwing largest mountain, Zhongli throwing mountain sized spears across Liyue, Azdaha shaking entire earth, Ei splitting Yashiori island in half. The verse god-tiers, such as the 5 Sinners of Khaenri'ah, The 7 Sovereing Dragons, The Shinning Shades have statments and feats putting them in the tier 5 such as the Sinners having powers capable of destroy the planet, Nibelung able to create 3 moons and the Sun, it is even possible that these characters reach higher levels because the franchise is recent and subjective to changes in the high tiers

Calcs in the verse page
I think we should remove some calculations from the verse page for some reasons. This is the list of calculations that would be eliminated by these circumstances
- Guhua CUTS a forest with a single swing, reason: No one in the verse uses the aforementioned calculation.
- Prime Barbatos' effortless landscaping of Mondstadt, reason: we have an updated version of said calculation, which is this.
- Layla walks from point A to point B in 1 Minute, reason: It's quite possible that Dainsleif was speaking in flowery language, since at no point is this feat proven and it was simply a way of saying that Layla is fast.
- Osial makes a big earthquake, reason: Osial is causing a quake with his roar so he is the centre of the quake. We know the core was also shaken but we don't know to what degree. So we have the magnitude that the people felt and the distance between the core and Osial but since the peole and the core are at different points we can't use these variables together. We need to know either the distance between Osial and the people or the magnitude that the core was shaken to.
