I'm assuming both are baseline, or at least, are at a similar level as each other (since both are scaled to metal door destruction), so...

M3GAN:
+Far smarter
+More skilled
+Has ways to detect Fazbear's stealth mastery

Fazbear:
+Also has ways to detect M3GAN's stealth
+Significantly better immortality(or, immortalities)
+Funnily enough, not only is Fazbear's tech manip better, but M3GAN's tech manip is useless to him
+M3GAN has no actual way to kill Fazbear/burn away Remnant
+I think Fazbear can possess M3GAN if she destroys the animatronic? But idk...

So far, I'm leaning further towards Fazbear, but I'll wait for others' opinions first.
