It's the same thing.

Aura, as a power, is simply the act of enveloping oneself or others with energy.

The possible uses are how some characters in fiction might use the aura.

But if a character supernaturally instills fear in another through the aura, we index it as both. Because that's what fear hax is: inducing fear in another supernaturally, whether through energy, magic, or some other system.

EDIT: I can cite, for example, FinePoint or KingTempest. We index the distinct powers linked to Aura.
