Ozotto profile rework

So as y'all may know, we have a profile for Ozotto which is....very lacking to say the least. So I decided to completely remake his profile from zero and add all the info I could find for his Heroes counterpart

Here is the new revamped profile for SDBH Ozotto. There's a lot of stuff in there so I'll make a quick tldr; of the most important ones

• A lot of card abilities related hax (stat hax, stamina manip etc.)
• A new key for Meteor Mission
• All the powers & abilities of all the people he absorbed and copied (Ozotto's whole main gimmick is his ability to absorb and copy the powers of his victims basically)
• A key for True Form Ozotto
• Removed the original V.R.V.S key (It's honestly irrelevant and this is a SDBH Ozotto profile only)

Looks good to me, also tbh. You could give Majin Ozotto all types of immortality, like type 6 since he absorbed Baby, as well as Type 9 as his true form exists in different dimension and an entity independent from his clones, but overall this is good.

Edit; he should have Fear manip as well via this, as his overwhelming aura is capable of causing the enemy to be scared/intimidated and stunned

I also am not very familiar/knowledgeable regarding Super Dragon Ball Heroes, but browsing the profile rework in the Sandbox, things seem reasonable, so I'll give it a tentative approval. Should any contentious matters regarding it be noticed, I would like to be informed of them, however, as that may influence my stance.
