Sooooo, each member here is slightly stronger than Grevious, who was to rely on his much better skills and Lightsabers to snatch that W

Ock is useless; his tentacles get sliced very easily

Electro's flight and range make him a good distraction and support. His lightning would also hurt a lot if it hits, and he can likely block Grevious's melee via force field before flying back

Mr.Negative is going to be a real nuisance. He can create clones of comparable strength, so each one has a higher AP than the General. His illusions will make him tougher to hit.

Rhino dies very easily. Bro charges and gets chopped to pieces

Scorpion also shares the same fate, but his toxin will be helpful if it lands

Despite his flight, Vulture also dies easily since he lacks Negative's and Electro's effective range options. Simply put, he dies

The only characters that will pose a challenge here are Mr.Negative and Electro. Grevious could try deflecting electricity back to Electro, who simply absorbs and gets stronger. While Negative spams clones and illusions

The only way Grevious wins is if his skill is good enough to counter all of this.

I want to point out that the strength gap is bigger than it looks between Ock and Grievous since Ock utterly shit stomped Base Spidey so hard that he had to make a set of armor specifically to buff himself in order to match Ock and he still almost died in that fight, so it's not like Ock is an un-skilled opponent either since Insomniac Spidey has some pretty damn good skill feats like defeating Taskmaster, who copied his fighting style just by watching him perform in challenges and some of his powers via tech to use in combination with his skills on top of his own stuff, and Shocker who in Insomniac is kind of a mini-skill beast of his own since he's self-taught combatant and genius that can even impress Spidey and is one of the very few people who has been able to box through the Spider-Sense consistently without either jumping him or stat stomping him and also did the best against Kraven out anyone who fought him, including Base Spidey but excluding Symbiote Suit Spidey.

Sandman alone will no diff him. I don’t think Greivous has any way to kill him but he can. Sandman can shapeshift. Skills doesn’t matter much to a shapeshifter. Sandman also has some kind of dura neg too like he can turn into sand and slip inside Greivous to destroy him like what he did to zombie spiderman. He is the one who ended marvel zombies after all.
