Assigning a dimensional level or tier to them is a bit contradictory to their nature as chaos entities manifesting in reality as defined by Lucilius and Beelzebub. Since they are chaotic without order, laws, and logic. which involves ideas such as time, space, and dimension as they exist in reality's Providence of God. Although they are powerful and strong as they can basically manipulate any world they invade. They are unable to do so without having a Vessel or Conduit, nor having the Concept of Death in such a place to allow their invasion. Unlike the branching Timelines. The Otherworld is the same across all versions of reality

In a Scenario that they wouldn't qualify as being beyond dimensional. It is still a fact that the Legion Void they manifested as is considered fundamentally different in terms of dimension towards Astrals, Primal Beast, Sky-realm, etc. That should still allow them to keep their current rating.
Furthermore, they have basically achieved something which is reaching into Estalucia and the Boundary to completely subjugate the Omnipotent's Clone.

So i believe they should retain their current tier 7D for their full manifestations, but potentially be Low 1-A via Concept of Death.
We only know of the Boundary as part of it, which is what defeated the Legion void in the first place, and is a power originating from the Clone of the Omnipotent.
Originally, we assumed the Afterlife exists below Estalucia due to the Supernal Plane Mage who said the next dimension would be the afterlife, and how the Sky-God renders all who die to undergo reincarnation, which also applies to the Six Dragons and Wedges, who can contain a simulation of reality in their personality, including Otherworlders, Astral Realm, and Sky-realm. Said simulations are only possible with the power from the Boundary, but they all still have a limit on how much they can contain. This made it so Orologia is 8D for being able to contain them and control them, and they were only able to affect Orologia slowly due to interacting with them through being seen, thus adhering to each other. This allows Orologia and the wedges equal to him 8D, thus making the Afterlife that works on a micro-level on their personality and existence also 8D
Finally, the Boundary and Estalucia is assumed to be 9D for being the highest and treats Orologia as a mere axis where Time exists concurrently all at once, and being the highest plane.

Estalucia contains a mindscape for each person where the Layers of Heaven can be imagined as the vertical axis, while the Mindscapes are the Horizontal Axis.
To travel between Mindscape, one must have Administrator privilege over the realm. This place is vast, as the collective memories and lives it encompasses
It is like a Spiritual realm, where no one is bound to a physical body.
Seven Veils and Layers
Estalucia has 7 layers, or sometimes called the 7 Veils, and at the peak of the 7 layers is The Boundary and the Sacred Perch
Although they are something that are beyond the principles and laws of the physical reality.
They are still subject to certain rules that the Omnipotent has established.

We already established how Causality and such no longer matter in Estalucia, but Astralia's Immutability not only exists in a Physical sense but also in a Metaphysical sense, where it requires an interaction with The Blue Will to somehow change her. which we will discuss below
The Blue was shown in this particular scene where Sky-God's evolved beyond Creation Itself, becoming something so transcendental that it became undefined and presumably lost its individual identity as those cannot define him anymore as well. Much like The Blue Will.
Furthermore, Gallant stated that the Blue Will is an Ineffable Genesis, further alluding to the fact that it is also something that cannot be defined by words or understanding
The Otherworlders were Low 1-A via Concept of Death, as they were able to drag the Omnipotent's Clone into the physical reality. We are not sure how much power they managed to drag down, but the fact that they can allude to them being possibly Low 1-A if given access via Boundary Imprint. Now, whether the Otherworldly Dragon is Low 1-A is another issue because it was stated to be weakened, yet still has enough power to completely recreate the entire World after it hatched from the Cocoon.
Although the story continuation for The Blue Will is expected to arrive on October 22. I made this CRT to lessen the load of the CRT, as this CRT already tackles nearly 2 years of story continuation and is long overdue.

Rel, Estalucia, and The Clone of Omnipotent
As the current representative and holding down Estalucia as a whole after the Clone disappeared. She has power over the entirety of Estalucia. If it is accepted as Low 1-A, then so is her authority and power. Although metaphysically, she is just a standee, so she does not possess much strength like the Other Gods. But only the authority that can even detain entities on par with The Clone of the Omnipotent himself, deriving from their own existence, preventing them from destroying it on their own. Except Sky-God, who seems to be able to go as he pleases. much like the Astral God, who concentrated her existence towards Lyria to manifest
Blue Will and Factor
Finally, the Blue Factor, which is not only stated to be capable of possessing a fate far higher than the Gods. but also are capable of slaying Immortal entities that exist across creation. Even more, Australia uses a piece of the Sky-God within Lyria to come in contact with the Blue Will, resulting in him being no longer bound by limitations, causing the Sky-God to evolve until he can no longer be defined by anything and slowly becomes like the Blue Will, who became part of the Fate and existing on everything, affecting even those connected to him despite being independent.
