Kaneki's regeneration isn't infinite, and Doomsday also has AD+RE. It's likely he'll be able to adapt to Kaneki's regeneration if the fight drags on.

Yep. And this Doomsday doesn't have any hax to help it out. At most, Kaneki may struggle at first due to gap in stats but superior LS and Ken's AD almost certianly makes Doomsday a non-issue for him in the long run.

I mean even if he could regen-neg, this guy seems to be extremely skilled and has precog, how is he even going to keep up with that ?

Was that mentioned in the movie? His AD is just as crazy, anyway, to stomp on Jordan, who knocked him out seconds earlier, and then blitz Flash.
The scene with Martian Manhunter is very confusing, but he caught him when John tried to pass through him. It's like he bypassed intangibility.

As I said above, his AD is still high and it doesn't seem like he needs energy for it.
Kaneki's stamina is very impressive, but it could easily wear out over time.

RE: It would be a No Limits Fallacy to assume someone with this power can obtain any ability whatsoever. Its extent and complexity only go as far its feats and scaling have gone for it, in relation up to countermeasures to powers that already exist in the setting or similar, in a case by case basis.

but if you feel like it doesn't go against this rule and Doomsday can develop regen-neg you can put me Kaenki too.
Also why Doomsday isn't listed on RE users when example photo given is his feat

I've already voted for Ken. Higher AP+LS+Skill and the fact that Ghouls can slow down regen makes him the more likely winner imo

This is a stomp, there's nothing that suggest that this version of Doomsday can just make up counters to Kaneki like "Regen negation", so Doomsday can't really do anything to put Kaneki down.
