How will SSK interact with the kagune? The kagune doesn't have a soul. Can Kaneki block attacks with the kagune?
Maki can see and can cut the souls of even inanimate objects with SSK. So it could also cut through Kagune. Tho I don't think that matters much. I think Kaneki is slamming Maki, but I'll wait for arguments.

He has a limit, but it's unknown. Kaneki has superhuman endurance. I don't think Maki could strip him of his tentacles a hundred times.
I bring it up because if it's based on regeneration, SSK would make Kaneki unable to regrow tentacles because his soul would be severed where the tentacle would be. So I was asking how long he can grow them cuz if it's infinitely then he doesn't need to worry unless she cuts it a lot of he stretches it far and she cuts it. But if he regenerates them or whatever, that'd be bad cuz after cutting his soul he wouldn't be able to.

He'll just create new ones. That's not a problem.

Either A: SSK GGs
Or B: Kaneki damn near just slams with that level of AP.

Just because Kaneki's kagune doesn't have a soul does not mean that Kaneki himself doesn't either.
From what I've heard before, SSK can hit people without hitting people directly so a good hit and Kaneki would be out long before Kaneki pops kagune.

Leaning Maki for right now.

SSK Is kinda weird and confusing. He might not be able to create new ones if SSK negates Regen. But genuinely can't remember if it can or can't. I don't think it's on the profile so I'll assume not, but soul damage usually ***** people up for good (Mahito was never able to Regen a chunk of his body after a part of his soul got blown up). And RCT also just creates new bodily mass out of energy so I dunno.

It's not a body part, but a stream of cells it releases. It will quietly create a new tentacle.

Yes, but Kaneki is more mobile and has a range advantage.

Activating his kagune heightens his senses enough to see his opponent in slow motion. Seeing Maki easily cut through his kagune, he'll resort to unusual tactics, actively spamming his tentacles and freely changing their trajectory. He only needs to wrap his tentacles around his katana and grab the hilt to rip the weapon out of her hands thanks to his nearly 1000x LS advantage, or he can grab Maki herself and beat the crap out of her.

This version of Kaneki has enough skill to beat the crap out of Hirako, who is capable of landing a clean blow on Kuzen, something two veteran investigators using Arata couldn't achieve. Kaneki is far superior to Irimi and Kouma, who single-handedly dealt with dozens of investigators and fought the best of the CCG. Hirako is actually one of Arima's best students, having finally killed Kaiko, who can fight five opponents with superior skills while simultaneously tormenting them. So there won't be a difference in skill between Maki and Kaneki, but Kaneki's kagune control and ability to read opponents will definitely be an advantage.

So
Eyepatch FRA
He'll have to be extremely careful, but his superior mobility, attack range, and superior LS and AP will do the trick.
Worst-case scenario, he'll activate Kakuja and kill Maki with his speed

Seems like an easy Kaneki W. Probably skill, stats, and abilities go to him so I vote him.

Can we hold off on JJK matches? Especially ones using outdated scaling? Ik the verse is popular but jeez, her 8A scaling comes from a feat that's been recalced that's now just 8B. And she has a crt up rn that will make her 7-C which also requires more changes for scaling.

Otherwise, Maki still slams through better evasive capabilities and can just cut up any kagune attacks before they graze her with SSK.
