Do these meet the requirements for black holes in VSBW?

So, Geats in his Boost Mark 3 and Mark 9 can form black holes with his attacks. Do these count as actual black holes via this page?
Regardless of whether it meets them or not, can they be used to calculate AP of the attack/character?
 
See if it qualifies for ALL the following criteria:

1. Bends light with its gravity outside the event horizon

2. Spaghettification

3. Indestructible through physical means

4. Uninteractible by any possible means

5. Displays Hawking Radiation

At a glance, it fits all 4.
1. Can be debatable, but there's quite the warping around the black hole he created.
2. The object gets its shape warped like hell (though it doesn't become literal spaghetti), so I guess it counts (?)
3. Is blatant
4. Is blatant too.

Idk what hawking radiation is so I might check that out in a bit
