Is There A Standard Calculation For Shaking Smaller Structures?

I ask this specifically because I scale stuff on Alt Battles...I've seen 2 instances of characters shaking small structures, and that is the tall class shaking a house and pocky shaking a bed. The issue I find is that the earthquake calculations don't work at all on smaller structures, so is there any calculation I can use to find this or is in incalculable?

It seems to be talking about weaker earthquakes lol 😅, I'm looking for a calculation regarding shaking smaller areas/structures rather than larger areas (since the standard earthquake calculation specifically states not to use it for smaller areas)
KE of the object is your best bet

Hmmm...alright, that may work :0

Do you have any clue how I'd be able to convert magnitudes of shaking into speed values, in that case? :3
Not really but I've seen calcs like that, if you look into shaking calcs you should be able to find some. I think you could compare to IRL earthquakes to get speed, but just use KE, not earthquake formula to find energy, just like the way certain speed looks
