Sorry, but my guy is not ready for the impressive mf that is Sidious

In this key (so far, his profile could use some updates) he humiliates Darth Vader with ease and could contend with Grandmaster Yoda, the most powerful Jedi of the order, who trained some of the greatest (including the guys who eventually defeated Sidious) force wielders of all time and other 20.000 Jedi in 800 years in lightsaber fighting and overwhelm him in force-wielding.
Besides throwing stuff and Force Lightning, he can also Force Choke, and he can do all 3 right from the beginning while outsmarting and predicting his every movement, another 2 of his specialties where he excels even the most impressive and inventive mfs in the verse.

With all that said, you may get better non-stomp-ish results using Anakin Skywalker, another impressive duelist (definetely the 2nd place in the Jedi Order) who i invite @Phsccarvalho to talk more about (who already took a look here)

If he has 30.000 years in his mortal key (how? genuinely curious) and has this generalist description of his skill, unfortunately he is not more skilled than Sidious. May be in swordplay, yeah, but not in general, i believe

One of the aspects of becoming a Spiritual Being requires a trial from the Heavens, and for him specifically it was temporarily reincarnating as a mortal and being given a specific task to complete within a mortal lifespan. It's why the key is at the very end for him.
