Getting effected can still getting count as part of the feat. Like that dwarf dude in lord of the ring being invisible cuz of the ring u cannot say it doesn’t count as his power

That's a more "optional equipment" situation (that should be added to your "explosion manipulation", unless you bring a glass of water and a pinch of potassium in your poket every time you go out)

I'm not saing you can't write it, i'm saing why writing it if it's obvious that every person on this planet is effected by gravity?
 
Nah, it's good, but I might change ALF to someone else (we need wall level character so guys with prep time would have some challenge)
 
I mean, me, ThePrimalHunter, Sanicspood, xx.davidparra, Rayfire and you have wall level ap and beyond with prep time/weapons. So we still stand a chance, also ALF should be baseline since he lacks calcs and even scans, but I might change him to Joe Goldberg, since we already have a lot of 9-C characters and some 9-B ones in team fiction

i'm tecnically got wall level too with my motocicle, but it's really an EXEPTIONAL as a thing, and if it doesn't work you get one shotted (and the guy is on a jeep, you can still dodge it or see it from a mile away)

9-C+ it's good on my opinion for (to crush a cranium you need like that level of AP for that)

I feel like it is necessary to write it since we are all also street level with a knife and wall level with car that is also the same. The mass also affect the energy released so it is different.
Ima write the wall level back on
