Seems stompish honestly, two 10-C against 1 10-A. Sure, they can bite you, but would they he able to do it before (literally) being stomped to death?

Not much. Still significant advantage in AP and Dura. With LS you can do funny things, like crack their skulls or shatter their bones. So you will end up cosplaying Thragg anyways.
Match is not technically stomp, since they can jump to your neck and bite it. How realistic is this wincon to pull off, you are to judge.

I seemingly significantly underestimated their bones density and strength. Alas, well placed kick or punch def going place them out of commission

Range: Theoretically Tie/Draw, Realistically Apple (due to size)

You'd need to make sure they don't ambush you and that they don't blitz you or outspeed you and land the first attack, cause being bitten or clawed will definitely affect you badly/negatively in both health and fighting ability.
If you have good enough clothing to mitigate the effect of the biting and clawing I'd vote you, but if no I'd vote the Caracal and Serval.

I have, even though most of those clothes are for the really cold winter (like -5 to -30 C°) and one jacket made of solid materials that (in theory) could make their slashes slide off
