GTAO bro knows that he can't blow himself up or EWO once he takes damage (or his soul gets pulled down and he gets wiped)

I'm 99% sure there's a rule that makes it so you can't restrict an ability by setting a location somewhere but i'll ignore that for the sake of the match.

I never touched GTA much, so i got little to no clue on these two (Save the little info i know about Carl) but these seem fairly similar in just about everything besides equipment.

I did it before. Nobody had a problem with it.

GTAO bro should have a little bit more skill than CJ. He can snipe people out of upside down flying motorcycles.

But more or less they're gonna be hitting their shit regardless of some of their goofy supposed feats. (Should've used Vanoss' character for the GTA Online player image lowkey)

Honestly, looking at it neither really have a substantial advantage over the other. although I did notice that Carl has body armor while the player doesn't. I don't know if that's really enough to tip it in Carl's favor but it is something.

Both are fully equipped. Player should just have armor and snacks by default.

I was just scrolling through their standard equipment and didn't see it so i assumed they didn't have any, suppose nevermind then.

They're more or less identical and have feats so that neither is really gonna kill the other faster in anyway. Neither have a preferred weapon either so they're probably just gonna whip out whatever their best weapon is which will kill the other just as fast as the other so I'm kind of incline to say they'll kill each other at the same exact time here.
