Does a character who's a "time" itself or embodies the concept of Time fundamentally will automatically get Immeasurable speed? Because if we follow the logic of it, they are not bound by linear time — because linearity is a property of time, not something above it. They don’t flow with time — time flows through them, or is made of them.

So to them:

• “Past,” “present,” and “future” are not separate events.
• They are simultaneous aspects of their being.

That means such a being cannot be bound by linear progression — because progression itself is part of their structure.

Or, they're straight up just temporal omnipresence.

Nah, Istaroth wouldn’t have it. Being time itself doesn’t mean much for speed as any “movement” throughout it would be done through a form of Time Manipulation. You kinda need her to physically move throughout it without utilizing her temporal omnipresence
