First match in, and we're getting the wacky.

Rules
  • (It should be obvious by now) Every stat (AP, Dura, Speed, etc) will be equalised
  • Characters with immortality in any form only need to be killed once before being put out of commission for that match
  • Characters will only be given their standard equipment
  • Both are in character, but willing to win.
  • Win Condition is via incap or death.
  • Everything else unmentioned will be according to SBA.
Fight takes place in...
This bowl of Mala Xiang Guo. The size of the combatants have been adjusted so that they are tiny in this arena.
Distance is 732 meters.

Character-Specific Conditions
  • Giant Squid will be encased in water so that it would be unimpeded in travel like Duke Fishron. BERRIES555 can breathe underwater so that he can ride it.

Okay, now I’m interested to join. For my team. It’s gonna be
And myself
My powerscalers vs fiction tournament is still ongoing though, there are 14 powerscalers left and 13 fiction team members. But anyway here's my duo - Finn the Human (preferably 1st key, last key if he needs some haxes) and Gumball from TAWOG
Come.

I’d like to start off to say this is 10000% how this fight will play out.

Now, in my very limited knowledge of Adventure Time, Finn is someone who likes to play games and takes challenges right? So I challenge him to a game. What kinda game? A card game. What kinda card game? Yu-gi-oh *************. And if you know anything about Yu-gi-oh, it’s a game for people who can’t read. As far as I know, Finn can read, therefore I have an advantage against him because I can’t read.

So, while Finn takes the next few days to understand on how not to read, I turn to gumball. See, I watched TAWOG when I was younger and I know this man’s lowkey a dumbass so it’s not gonna be hard to trick him. So, doing something I could definitely do irl, I have us as participants in the Japanese game show Slippery Stair.

See, we kinda have equal footing here cause where both dumbasses, but you’re missing one key detail: My pet Giant Squid Reggie Regenold the Thirteenth and a half. In the weeks prior to us entering the game show, Reggie here was able to become a producer and made the game in a way where I’d win. After the insane victory I pulled off, Gumball would be in such shame that he’d quit this entire tournament. Going back to Fin, he sadly suffered a brain aneurysm trying to resolve Last Turn.

It's in the assumption of no prep straight up battle btw so this can't really fly. It is funny tho.
Also Finn is deceptively good at card games, but he had to intentionally lose against Jake. He does love challenges tho.
The rest can't fly, sadly. But your squid can!

See, here’s the thing, this would be my plan of attack. I’m laying in bed and typing on my phone. What’s next to me? My book shelf? What’s on it? My Yugioh cards. And I just finished watching Splippery Stairs not even an hour ago.

I’m going into this fight already preparing for Reggie to be a producer

This is like reading the full description of YGO card effect but it's self-insert 💀💀💀

What's essentially stopping Gumball from countering you with a game of dodge or dare btw.

How would you bring an entire set of Takeshi's Castle into a bowl of food with a size like that

Question: Why are we assuming that they would even be down to playing cards or anything like that when they came here for a fight?

Voting Finn, because some squid would make for a decent addition to that dish.
