Endgame/DLC 7-B Cuphead & Mugman are used.
Both Cuphead & Mugman have the Divine Relic & Invincibility Super Art equipped.
The two are given prior knowledge on how Lucifer’s Holy Magic is capable of erasing souls.

Lucifer is given prior knowledge on the overwhelming speed advantage Cuphead & Mugman have with their projectiles & dashes. He is also given prior knowledge on the fact they’ve defeated the Devil from their own world.

Speed is equalized (Though both Cuphead and Mugman have roughly 2.15x higher movement speed with their dashes & a roughly 4.47x higher attack speed with their projectiles.)

The battle takes place in the Pride Ring within the Hellaverse.

The two teams start roughly 25 meters from each other.

Victory is achieved via death or incapacitation.

Cup bros should take it with higher speed and AP,and Lucifer never dealt with danmaku users before and I believe that Power Nullification won't work on them because it only works with demons as his profile page says that (Idk what to say about his N.P.I tbh)

Limited Power Nullification and Non-Physical Interaction (Angelic weapons can nullify demon's powers when bound by it. Striker nullified and disabled Stolas's powers. Grabbed onto Stolas while he was a shadow)
