I also think Metalballrun is cooked (literally). Arsonist just needs to pour gasoline on him, throw a match and Metal gets fried before he could slice him with machetes

It does seem like Arsonist has the better chance. Not impossible for Metalballrun, as Arsonist's durability is low enough, but people aren't built to take fire attacks that are more powerful than guns, which mind you, people don't often even survive those
