Fate/Destiny in LMK should be considered as a concept due to governing the entire universe’s reality as stated here (9:30) and here (2:39). Even directly shows that Nuwa’s power (who is referred as the Goddess of Destiny (6:46)) affects reality itself as attempts at destabilizing/destroying it would result in the universe’s reality being destroyed here (10:28), here (10:10) and here (0:51). The only way for the universe’s reality being maintained/restored, is controlling the power of Fate/Destiny here (0:31), here (4:51), here (9:47) and here (6:54). Xiang Liu also mentioned that he wants to get rid of Fate/Destiny (9:30) which results in the entire universe being destroyed here (7:08) and here (2:36). The concept should be type 1 as it’s independent from the changes of the universe such as the great cycle (1:04) which resets the entire universe and also predates the creation of the universe as it was Nuwa who created it here (5:36) and here (5:15)

If Fate/Destiny is accepted as concept type 1, Nuwa should have CM type 1 due to her status being the Goddess of Destiny alongside those who wields her power. Samadhi Fire should also gain CM for capable of burning through everything including the universe’s reality (3:55) and everything beyond it (4:00) which would include the power of Fate/Destiny (7:29)

That's not really what Type 1 is, though. To be Type 1, Fate would need to be inherently superior to creation and exist in the void of Chaos. If it came about because of Nuwa and the creation of the universe, then it's always just going to be CM2. The evidence given doesn't indicate to me that it predates anything.

My point is not that it can't exist above the universe, but that it has to originate outside the creation of the universe. The power coming from Chaos ultimately doesn't mean anything, as the universe also came from Chaos from what I see.

All concepts are unaffected by reality being reset. The question is will they exist if reality is erased, which isn't proven here.

Hm wait I think that was implied as it's mentioned by LBD that she wants to destroy the entire world (10:34) alongside Chaos with the Samadhi Fire (8:20), the same weapon that can burn through reality. She said she's doing all this because of Fate instructing her multiple times here (0:53), here (8:09) and here (10:42). So I doubt erasing the universe would result Fate getting wiped

Personally speaking, none of that shows that Fate is outside the universe. It just shows that Fate can result in the universe being destroyed, which doesn't make it CM Type 1.

Wait wouldn't fate being unaffected by the universe's reality being destroyed is enough? Also I think Arency showed that the power came from the Chaos Beyond, not the universe (or I don't understand what you are trying to say)
