Question for a recent feat of a character and its relation to H1-A+

To start of the Question i would like to give some context and explain the feat in question:

  1. The character is outside his story but not the strongest in the verse and we know there is at least 1 stronger being.
  2. The character decided to create a realm inside his story that is governed by the 3 laws of thought and created the laws of thought as actual physical beings there names being "Lex Identitatis" Law of identity in Latin, "Principium Non-Contradictionis" Latin for Law of Non-contradiction, and "Lex Tertii Exclusi" Latin for the The law of the excluded middle. All these beings/laws where created by the character to govern the realm he created>
  3. The realm being stated to have grains of sand and each of those grains of sand containing the space all logically possible worlds wile those grains of sand and having an uncountably infinite number of stories within them.
  4. There are also uncountably infinite stories within each drop of water within this world as well but that's irrelevant>
So my question is could this character be H-1A+ or just a very powerful H1-A being?

im gonna just go ahed and assume this charachter is H1-A+

There is some ground for High 1-A+ but you would need a lil more.
Also the relationship of that character to the creation is kinda important. Is Creation Type 1 High 1-A+? No problem.
But if creation is Type 2, then no and it would be a disqualifier. Only a Tier 0 can be above Type 2

For now I would recommend get more evidence and context.

What do you mean creation type 2? When I view the creation page it gives a general sense of the ability not types like it normally would. And the feat is him creating a higher world that contains all possible worlds that is governed by the three laws of thought (which he created) it doesn’t have any further context.

If by "creation" it means something like actualizing something thsy already exists in potential, that could be High 1-A+ yeah

But if it's literally creating from nothing (like how a tier 0 creates stuff) that's a disqualifier and would make "all logically possible worlds" not truly so but only in name.

Ya, no i believe in this context he’s giving a physical form to something that already exists. Because there was already the 3 laws of thought in the lower realities but he created a higher reality for a physical form of the 3 laws of thought to govern. I believe he is just giving a physical manifestation of something that already exists. But I could be wrong…

Well that could some anti feats, but it being a "higher reality" is a bit questionable. Since high 1-A+ is supposed to be the highest reality (with tier 0 being beyond it).

Though if the character doesn't have other anti feats like not being able to do some things (that aren't logical impossibilities either), you could still argue High 1-A+ if the character is influencing the three laws of Thought (which would naturally encompass all logically possible worlds). But more proof would be preferred.
