Technically yes, since he doesn't have most of equipment without prep, but it's overkill either way (lowest scaling + equal speed is a death sentence for Trash and The Gang)

Same. Imo it's even more overkill than Wdinatx vs Mr Burns (since Burns is at least somewhat smart and could hide for some time)
