Cid Kagenou vs Garou (Post Darkshine)

Rules:

  • Speed is equalised.
  • Starting Distance: 10 meters
  • Location: Abandoned City
  • High 6-A is restricted for Garou
  • No prep time, no prior knowledge
  • Cid's AP: 43 gigatons normally, 100 Gigatons with point technique, higher with breathing, 141 petatons with IAA
  • Garou's AP: 421.24 Gigatons, 2 petatons with RE

Feels like Cid has the skill advantage here, countering a lot of Garou's skill arsenal and his durability negation, and if they reach the point Garou is out of Cid's reach via Re, Cid can pull an I AM ATOMIC, which Garou might not be able to dodge as it's AoE. Cid can shoot it while they are in h2h range. Also, in-character, Cid won't pull IAA out from the start.
 
RASRF makes most of Cid's crap useless and Cross Fang would probably make CQC a pretty quick GGs.
Atomic would probably make his RE skyrocket right as it hits and Resonance repels High 6-B shit.
 
Considering a significantly inferior version of Garou can survive attacks several tiers above him that he himself said should have absolutely murdered him then I'm not sure if Cid can even kill him, let alone knock him unconscious. Even if he does knock him out with it, he'd just keep fighting since he's shown that capability twice.

We don't allow that even with one shot difference as far as i'm aware

Cid did the same thing against Oliver. Cid managed to survive all the attacks despite his magic being restricted, i.e., he was Wall Level against a (I believe) Town Level character.

In the worst case, assuming Garou can survive even Cid's IAA, he'll be sent into space. Cid created an IAA specifically to "kill" immortal characters.

Yes, we don't have standarts like that, that's the reason we don't put high values like that.

It's originally 43 gigaton, anything higher would be put as "higher" or "far higher" etc

Not sure what you want me to say. It got accepted by two staff and no one disagreed with it.

Like many other things on this wiki, this one is subjective and goes case by case. Some staff members say you can't do it, while others say only when it's reasonable and the upscale is "enough", and some are less strict. Now what?
