I never used 9-A prep time in matches, so this time I'm gonna fight a guy who also have 9-A prep time. Let's see who takes this

• Both have 9-A prep time (2 days)
• Both know each other's houses
• Speed is equalized
• Everyone have all their equipment
• Battle can take place anywhere (depends how prep time would play out)

It's not as potent and supernatural as Rake's, it's just "OMG, HE'S SO UGLY AND TWIIISTEEEED!!!", from what I could gather. Honestly it might be moved into "possibly" or "limited" section

To see who will utilize prep time better. The only thing he have on him is gasoline, while I have firearms and explosives as well. He's not much smarter than me (since we both fall into Above average section), but what gives him the edge - experience and feats

Gonna delay this grace for now and vote for myself. First of all - his fear manipulation is not layered, not supernatural (at least not as potent as Rake's) and most likely will be weaker against someone with even limited resistance to it, most likely I won't freeze from the look at him and probably could fight through it or worse - enter fight/flight response. Second - most likely Jeff would try to burn my house at night, but unfortunately for him - my sleep regime is terrible and I'll notice him and shoot him down (superhuman stamina ≠ superhuman durability, plus I can shoot him more times than one) because I can't sleep normally. Third - I have more versatile kit and considering that, Jeff might die even before he turns around and affects me with Fear manip (explosives + firearms gg), he will thrive only if he catches me on fire or outlasts/outskills in armed cqc. Basically I'll most likely end up outranging/one shoting with weaponry and avoid being burnt first

Even without making it far fetched - guns/explosives are more deadly than knife and could blow up his head off before I die from knife injuries/burns
