They not only have training, but can also aim-dodge. Its also not unheard of having higher perception speed than your own movement (e.g pilot flying a Mach 4 jets). Give a sword to a normal, untrained human and they would get demolished by a knight.
 
Btw I'm pretty sure Gojo killing 1000 transfigured humans in 299 seconds is like, maybe subsonic, so you could lowkey downgrade Gojo and Sukuna to Subsonic fodder considering how tired he got

Assuming that each transfigured human was 1 meter apart from each other, and that Gojo's arm movement was 90 degrees for each kill, the total distance would be 2146.1 meters.

Total speed is 7.1775919732m/s
 
Although that doesn't take into account the extra width from the transfigured humans themselves I don't think

And, at least in the anime, it does seems like he's killing them one at a time and swinging his arms around a lot and not cleaving through multiple per hit, so the answer could be a lot higher but still pretty low
 
I don't agree with removing the cap. But there are some points gun makes sense that doesn't mean we need to remove the cap from Naoya and Maki though. Others who doesn't have scaling chain to Naoya & Maki should scale to their respective feats.

It dont even matter cause just remember the fact that the argument from KT is that Naoya make those 24 movements in one real time second and we know they cant make less otherwise that'd break the rules. So, for example when naoya blitzes yuji and choso, since he moves 19m, yuji and choso just got blitzed by 19m/s so they should be average human actually and in the anime we see that dagon barely moves a meter while naobito makes the 24 movements and he moves like 10m at best so dagon just got frozen by someone moving at 10m/s, he should be downgraded to below average human therefore.

Rewatch the dagon vs naobito scene, he does the 24 movements before dagon even threw a punch, if we use it as one real time second like KT is suggesting, dagon takes more than a second to throw a punch

As for Naoya, you can see during the Choso fight in the anime that he is indeed doing all 24 frames if u go frame by frame unless you mean the blitz in the beginning which fair enough
