No matter what abilities Hancock has, he cannot defeat Zeno on the same tier. They are both at the Low 1-C level, and Zeno is the supreme being at that level. He cannot be killed in any way whatsoever, and on top of that, he can erase absolutely anything, regardless of what it is including all types of immortality and even characters who lack physical organs or represent nonexistence or nothingness.
The number of Hancock’s abilities or his speed is irrelevant. Even Hit in Dragon Ball was able to launch attacks within extremely tiny fractions of a second, yet he is nothing less than an ant before Zeno. His speed, abilities, attacks, or anything else do not matter. Zeno can defeat any opponent at the Low 1-C level, no matter who they are.
Let us also not forget Super Shenron, who is capable of doing anything, yet cannot kill Zeno or affect him in any way. Despite being able to grant any wish, Super Shenron still cannot kill or defeat Zeno. This means that Super Shenron possesses all possible abilities within that scope, yet still cannot overcome Zeno.
Therefore, it does not matter how many abilities Hancock has or how powerful they are he will lose, because Zeno is undefeatable and cannot be killed by any method whatsoever.
