Hantengu, the emotion clones, and Zohakuten all share the same power source. Blood/Blood Demon Art (The Infinity Fortress movie calls the energy system that).
Hantengu’s Blood is split between 4-5 different emotion clones. The more they split, the extra clones become astronomically weaker due to having like 1% of Hantengu’s blood.
The entire point of a Demon’s progression is that the more blood they have, the stronger and faster they become. This includes their regeneration speed as the Upper Moons has the fastest regeneration. Emotion clones fusing Into one to top of siphoning the power of Hantengu and Urami just means that is the True Power of Upper Moon 4 with the highest concentration of their blood. So what’s left is that Hantengu and Urami were left with scraps, which hinders their regeneration speed and strength because as we established, more blood = stronger and faster regeneration.
In the context of what happened to Urami, he was literally hit with double regeneration negation by both Nezuko and Tanjiro. He does not have enough blood to even attempt to regenerate double regeneration negation (He was literally set on fire with an Anti-Demon Blood Demon Art that nullifies Blood Demon Art effects)

The entire point of Demons having Infinite Stamina is that they don't get fatigued. Zohakuten straight up doesnt have any fatigue from fighting all night despite starting from when they were 4 emotion clones to fighting as Zohakuten on top of SPAMMING his entire BDA arsenal at max power for the longest time and has still showed ZERO fatigue. Even then, you yourself saying they weren't fatigued yet means there literally isn't a reasonable timeframe to pull this off before sunrise because Zohakuten straight up according to your own words "werent fatigued YET" despite fighting all night.

Kokushibo spammed 16+ BDA techniques. Zero fatigue.
The emotion clones and Zohakuten spammed their BDA techniques and regeneration all night ontop of Max Output attaks, zero fatigue.
Akaza spammed 100 Blood Demon Art attacks in an instant, zero fatigue
Akaza even while decapitated and regened several times during the fight, showed zero fatigued and was still capable of outputing dozens of more max output BDAs onto himself. Which didnt even properly kill himself too and he had to force himself to stop regenerating because his body was doing it automatically.
Its also stated that regeneration doesn't cause fatigue either alongside several instances of Demons not showing any fatigue from spamming their Blood Demon Art. So again, WHO HAS THIS WEAKNESS.
