Because it looks like Positron can just 'dodge' the hitscan bullets. Honestly the biggest issue I have here is this guy is telling me to download the game and see it instead of giving me scans.

It's basically law hax without it being law hax if that makes sense. Pretty sure RE:Zero had an assload of folks doing it which is why theres a thread out there somewhere. I looked at it but I CBA to find it.

"For reasons above" or "this guy can dodge rain, come on now" are valid reasons. Part of being the OP of a thread is leaving your biases at the door and counting votes you don't like.
Just shrug, go "oh well", and move on. You'll be much happier in this hobby. Or alternatively, just don't really care about the strongest thread. I claim spots for the lols, it's fun to debate high to godly hax sometimes, but it's a fun hobby. I treat it as such, espeically now when my mental is all kinds of grumpy.
If I'm not 100% sure of something, I drop an "I think" or "IIRC" or "If I recall". I make it a point to fact check most of my stuff. In the case of this, I have several hundred hours in City of Heroes. A good 50% of the enemies use a gun of some kind, and most of those enemies are minions and lieutenants. Most of the Bosses, Elite Bosses, Archvillains and Heroes use some kind of powerset(For instance, Bone Daddies of the Skulls use Dark Blast, to give a low-level example.) ...point is, I solo support this verse. I set up everything from Ground Zero up. I can tell you what resistances are useful and what resistances are glorified damage resistance off the top of my head.
I can talk a lot on this verse. Same goes for Warcraft, but at least for that I have videos I can airdrop on people thanks to YouTube cause WoW is popular! City of Heroes is a lesser known MMO that died before most people in the hobby even got their thumbs out of their mouths and stopped wearing diapers. It does not have videos that aren't the occasional long livestream I can't be ****** to go through.

I can do images all day, that's why you saw comic stuff, but I cannot do video on my computer.

"For reasons above" is notorious on the wiki for being used poorly and as someone who's been on the wiki extremely long you should know this
"This guy can dodge rain, come on now" is an argument when the person is actively arguing and backing up claims. It does not become a valid reason if it devolves into "this guy can dodge rain based on what I've heard so he just wins"
That an also making sure people are at least explaining there reasoning since that's a rule for the wiki.

Why are we giving Pizza Guy resistance to radiation based on willpower when the best he's done with it is resisting possession, mind, and madness hax? This is like saying John Ward from FAITH can survive a nuclear bomb through sheer willpower.
Also, why are we treating the durability neg like it's an instant wincon when, from what I'm reading, it has a 10% chance of occurring and all it does is lets him deal extra damage?

If you actually read the thread...AT ALL
positrons radiation isn't real radiation (reaper said this not me) and it's effects extend to koing people. Pizzas willpower is so high he scales to people that don't crumble to anything that isn't literal death therefore he'd just endure it.
A 10% chance is a lot when ur bullets spawn on top of the enemy and ur luck is consistently increasing with each hit or just through doing minor stuff like jumping, moving or being in the air
Once again the reason why it's dura neg is because as a weak point it would scale to other weak points of comparable damage like everlastings who's weak points literally come from their exposed heart.
The heart is more fragile than muscle. If the difference in durability is acknowledged in verse as +1 damage then any thing that's also considered a weakpoint and does similar amounts of damage would logically scale

When it comes to a CRT(which will never come, because this verse gets new content once a year, if that, and rarely features named characters), I show proof, i will figure something out. But for a ******' versus thread? If it's more work than tracking down my copy of something I know exists, taking an image and porting it onto a hosting site which I then post onto the thread, or slapping a link down to an already existing video, it ain't gonna happen. I'm not required to give that much of a ****.
