-Fight takes place in Haddonfield, Illinois on Halloween Night.
-Each contestant is 5 meters away from eachother.
-Post Springlock William is used, and Thorn Timeline Michael is used.
-No prior knowledge to either contestant

-Speed is equalized (But combat reactions are not)
Speed equalization applies to combat speed with other speeds changing based on the same multiplier, which would make Mike slower than Willy in terms of travel speed rather than being faster in combat and reactions. Unequalizing speed is what would actually result in the latter if that's what you're trying to do.

unlike the last match.

Michael no longer has the massive LS Advantage that made him win, he still has the advantage but I doubt it is still enough

William still has the AP Advantage (albeit lower).

I could see William, with Help of his AP, and Immo, win this with like high amounts of Difficulty, due to Michael's LS and being much Stealthier
 
Yeah, I don't think Michael's insignificainsLs advantage will do much when William has a much greater AP advantage.
